Here is a list of our freshly hand crafted products. Our list will differ from week to week depending on catch of the day and seasonality. Our dishes are inspired by quality ingredients, locality and seasonality.


Famous Seafood Chowder

Made using fresh vegetables, herbs and generous chunks of salmon, cod, hake and smoked coley. As our customers say there is “eating and drinking” in this dish.


Award Winning Smoked Salmon and Spinach Lasagne

Made using Donegal bay smoked salmon, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes and topped with a fresh lemon cheese sauce. This dish is rich and full of flavour. Best served with a green salad and rustic bread. Voted Ireland’s best fish dish by John Torode of Masterchef.


King Prawn Thai Red Curry

A delicious red curry using tender king prawns, green beans, peppers and baby corn. This dish has great depth of flavour. Best served with rice or noodles.


Fish Cakes

Steamed flaked salmon, cod, potato, fresh parsley, dill, chives, spring onion & seasoning. Tartar Sauce is added for extra flavour before fish cakes are finished in a delicious light breadcrumb.


Smoked salmon pate

We use Donegal bay smoked salmon, flaked salmon, crème fresh, cream cheese, fresh dill, parsley, chives, horseradish, capers and fresh lemon juice. Truly the best fresh pate, we think.


Crab Tartlets

Donegal white and brown crab meat lightly mixed with parmesan cheese, free range eggs, fresh cream, onion, sautéed in white wine, parsley, nutmeg & seasoning, all baked in a home-made short crust pastry. Tapas style, mouth-watering pieces of joy.


Thai spiced Salmon and veg stir-fry

This is a fresh dish packed with umami flavours using tender salmon and crunchy pak choi, broccoli, carrot, chilli, green onion with egg noodles.


Scallop Bake in a shell with lime breadcrumb

Sweet plump scallops marinated in a lime and onion dressing topped with our signature flavoured butter of lime, chilli, parsley and garlic and finished with a lime flavoured breadcrumb. Absolutely delish …… a feast for the senses.


Marie Rose Sauce

Made with Mayo, brandy, Tabasco sauce and tomato. A mouth-watering compliment to our fresh crab.
